Protection Of Personal Data
Privacy
With this data protection declaration I inform you in accordance with Section 13 TMG (German Telemedia Act) about the type, extent and purpose of the collection and use of personal data as well as about the processing of your data. By using my website, you consent to the collection and use of data as described below. If you do not agree to this, you may not use my website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
I, David Montazer, operator of these pages, take the protection of personal data of my users on montazer.net very seriously, which is why I observe the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act and collect and process personal data confidentially, in accordance with the aforementioned statutory data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.
The use of my website under the URLs montazer.net or www.montazer.net is usually possible without providing personal data. If, however, personal data (e.g. name, gender, title, address, e-mail address or references) is necessarily collected on these pages for example for the purpose of contacting, registering for a newsletter or for using of the commentary function, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The data collected for using the commentary functions are, due to the way in which the comment function works, publicly accessible. Therefore, when using this function, you should pay special attention to the specification of your name and e-mail address. For example, specifying a fictitious name does not restrict the functionality of the comment function. Without your explicit consent, none of the data collected will be passed on to third parties, except for the data required for the commenting function, which in the case of the use of the commenting function on your part will be carried out by yourself through your own intervention with the publication of your comment.
I would also like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail, even when using encryption methods by means of possibly falsified certificates or so-called man-in-the-middle attacks) may have security gaps. Therefore, in a network such as the Internet, it is not possible to protect your data completely against access by third parties.
Contact Form
If you contact me by e-mail, your data from the form fields of your mail client, or from the contact form provided on montazer.net for easier contact, will be saved in order to process your current and possibly future inquiries. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
Commentary Subscriptions
The follow-up comments can be subscribed by users. Users will receive a confirmation email to verify that they are the owner of the email address entered. Users can unsubscribe from current commentary subscriptions at any time. The confirmation email will contain information about this.
Cookies
Some of the internet pages on montazer.net use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, tablet, smartphone or other terminal device with which you are currently reading this text. They are used, for example, to recognize devices and browsers and to collect statistical data on the type of website use, i.e. also the user behaviour. Cookies are neither viruses nor do they contain viruses and do not cause any damage to your device. Statistics generated by means of cookies are intended to help make the offer on montazer.net more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Most of the cookies generated by the program functions of the content management system (CMS) on montazer.net are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted by your system at the end of your visit (end of the browser session). Other cookies are stored on your system for years to come (so-called long-term cookies). You should delete these long-term cookies at regular intervals.
You can set up your browser so that you will be notified before cookies are saved, so that you can decide for yourself in individual cases whether you want to allow or prohibit the storage of these cookies. You can exclude the storage of cookies on a case-by-case basis or in general, or you can activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you exit the program and close the browser, which rules out the use of text-based long-term cookies. I generally do not use Flash cookies, which are a major data protection problem due to their cross-browser functionality. If cookies are generally deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Other Data Storage
Webserver-Logfile
The Internet Service Provider (ISP), on whose server these pages are offered, automatically collects and stores information in so-called server logfiles. For example, this information is automatically transmitted to the relevant servers by your browser each time you call up a webpage. These include, but are not limited to:
- IP address of the requesting host
- Time stamp (date, time, time shift), i.e. time of the server request
- Request of the relevant content, transmission protocol
- HTTP Referrer
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Browser type, browser version and supported language version
- Operating System (OS) used
These data cannot be assigned to specific persons without being merged with other data sources. I would like to point out that I do not intend to merge these data with other data sources. However, should I become aware of any concrete indications of illegal use, I reserve the right to check this data at a later date. Otherwise, I use this data exclusively to maintain the operation and protection of my website from attacks and misuse.
On perlmania.bplaced.net you get a clear insight into the data that your browser reveals when you visit a website for clarification and better understanding. On the bottom left side on the domain privacy-handbuch.de you will also find some information that your browser provides, as well as a manual with instructions for safer Internet use.
Other Involved Servers
In addition to the web servers mentioned above, networks such as the Internet also require other server services, including DNS and DHCP servers as well as routers and switches. These can also store data that may be stored in the database. This allows conclusions to be drawn about the user behaviour of Internet surfers. However, as a rule, only the operators of the corresponding server services have access to this data, which means that the circle of persons with corresponding access rights to the data of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the Internet Access Providers (IAP), which are usually identical, remains quite manageable, disregarding the state access possibilities. I, as the operator of this website, have no access to these data. If you need information about this data, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
External Services And Content
Multimedia
I use my own and other multimedia content such as video and audio material on my website wherever possible and appropriate to improve the reception of the information offered. For reasons of efficiency (performance, bandwidth, etc.), this content is made publicly accessible by linking or embedding content from external third party providers such as Vimeo and YouTube in my pages. Each time you access one of my web pages in which such content is embedded or linked, these multimedia data are retrieved from the servers of the respective providers. The data generated by the respective portal providers can differ from case to case and over time. For the associated use of the data that your browser or terminal transmits to these portal providers, I therefore refer to the respective data protection information of the providers. For further information on the handling of this user data, please refer to Vimeo’s privacy policy at https://vimeo.com/privacy, or YouTube at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
Maps & Navigation
I obtain the required maps with geographic data for my website from the database of the OpenStreetMap (OSM) project according to the Open Database License (ODbL).
Rights & Duties
Information, Deletion, Blocking
If there are no confidentiality interests to the contrary, you have according to Section 34 BDSG in principle the right to free information about your personal data, also with regard to their origin, the recipient or the categories of recipients to whom data are passed on and the purpose of storage. Furthermore, according to Section 35 BDSG you have the right to correct faulty, outdated or otherwise incorrectly collected data, as well as to delete the data, if storage is inadmissible, if the correctness cannot be proven by me or if the purpose of data processing is fulfilled, and to block these data, provided that the legal, statutory or contractual retention periods do not contradict a deletion of interests worthy of protection of the person concerned. In such cases, please contact me via the address given in the imprint.
Objection Advertising E-Mails
The use of my contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for advertising purposes or for market and opinion research or for the sending of not expressly requested advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. I, David Montazer, operator of these pages, expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. by mailbox advertising or spam e-mails.
